About Us

Eric Woodward, Vice President and Co-Founder of General Construction Services, is a 3rd generation Master Carpenter. He grew up working in the family business in Northern California. A licensed General Contractor with over 20 years experience, Eric continues his education by taking classes to keep him up to date on the up and coming changes in the construction field. He has worked as a Project Manager for several construction firms, as well as a nationwide construction company, managing diverse projects ranging in scope from hundreds to millions of dollars. He has managed projects for Washington Mutual, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Citi Bank, Cingular and Verizon Wireless, to name a few.

Cheri’ Rowlett, President and Founder of General Construction Services, has an educational background in business. Determined and focused, she has sought to establish a company that is distinguished by it's commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of services rendered. GCS was established based on those principles.
